In order to meet market development, GBPP spends a lot of financial and human resource in developing new product. Type ET color masterbatches for ABS, which is characterized with excellent dispersion force and used to electrical home appliances widely, has succeeded by cooperating with universities and research institutes. Cost of electrical home appliances decreases owing to type ET color masterbatches because formerly pellet process on coloring ABS is unnecessary. In addition, GBPP succeeded in developing color crystal for PU and PVC synthetic leather, colorant for PVC film with rolling process, coloring matter for PVC section material, and special color masterbatches for packaging container of cosmetic. GBPP can supply anti-static masterbatches, resistance to weathering masterbatches, flame retardant masterbatches, color masterbatches for BOPP film etc. Color paste for PP with special demand, color paste and lotions for unsaturated polyester and organic glass can be provided.
GBPP's laboratory equipped with injection machine, film caster, film blowing machine, fiber spinning machine, high-speed blender, three roll grinder, two roll plastic mills, platen press etc.
